Our personalized process refers to our assistance with respect to design, energy management, home plotting on the actual building site, material selection, trade selection, and quality control. The customer is actively involved with important design, materials and trade decisions throughout the building process.

The detailed budget preparation includes a complete breakdown of all foreseen costs that will be incurred to perform the custom build. Realistic budget figures are used to establish this estimate so you are aware of what the project is going to cost from start to finish. This cost estimate is utilized as we are building to track costs and payments that have been made.

Our efforts toward efficiency involve written quotes being obtained from our experienced team of tradesmen and suppliers who are held accountable for their budgeting, workmanship and quality. The project management contract is based on a percentage of all construction costs and no other financial benefit or gain is received other than the management contract.

Considerable time and effort is involved with a custom build. We make a concerted effort to ensure the project is completed to the satisfaction of the customer - right through to the last nail. This will often involve time after a move in to finish up the "little things" that would often be overlooked. The job entails countless decisions, changes when necessary, continual cleaning and organizing, consistent scheduling, listening to our customers to respect their input, achieving all inspections and signing all final documents.
